Seven decades after the lightly curried Coronation Chicken dish was created for Queen Elizabeth II’s crowning, King Charles III and his wife Camilla chose a dish that does not contain meat but instead features beans, spinach, broad beans and tarragon, in keeping with Charles’ green environmental credentials.
