Supernatural actress Nicki Aycox has died aged 47, her family has confirmed.
The Meg Masters star, who appeared as a recurring character in the American fantasy drama in seasons one and four, died on November 16.
While no cause of death has been confirmed just yet, Aycox was diagnosed with leukaemia in 2020 and documented her chemotherapy and stem cell treatment on Instagram.
Aycox’s sister-in-law Susan Raab Ceklosky announced the news of her death in a Facebook post.
‘My beautiful, smart, fierce, incredibly talented, and loving sister-in-law, Nicki Aycox Raab, passed away yesterday with my brother, Matt Raab, by her side,’ her statement read.
‘Nicki and Matt had a wonderful life together in California. She was definitely a fighter and everyone who knew her loved her,’ she added.

Aycox starred in Supernatural between 2006 and 2008 and shared scenes with Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki.
Tributes have been flooding in following the news of her passing, with Supernatural creator Erik Kripke writing: ‘Gutted to hear the great #NickiAycox, our first #MegMasters, passed away.
‘Too young. She was a delight & delivered lines like honey & venom. I marvel at how she made a simple word like “lacklustre” legendary.’

Actor Jim Beaver, who played Bobby Singer in the US series, said: ‘My first Supernatural episode was with Nicki. She was a terrific actress and a delightful colleague. I’m so sad to hear of her death. Sleep well, my friend.’
Aycox also had recurring roles in Providence, Ed, Over There, and Cold Case.

She retired from acting in 2014 after appearing in the film Dead On Campus.
