Hamza Yassin has impressed the country with his incredible dance moves and now the cameraman and presenter is set to get his own show after leaving Strictly Come Dancing.
While not a household name before he signed up to the dancing series, Hamza is well known with kids for being the face of CBeebies live-action show Let’s Go For A Walk, where he goes by Ranger Hamza.
He’s also one of the presenters of BBC’s Animal Park and a guest presenter on BBC’s Countryfile.
But now there’s also rumours swirling that his popularity on the show has seen him offered his very own nature show.
While Hamza and his professional dance partner Jowita Przystal are still in the running to take home the coveted Glitterball trophy, it appears he’s already got his next project lined up.
As reported in the Sun, Hamza is ‘getting his own nature show as he hopes to follow in the footsteps of his idol Sir David Attenborough’.

While the project is yet to be named, a TV insider told the publication that bosses were ‘keen to develop’ his public profile further.
‘He’s been nothing short of a sensation on Strictly this year, coming from being a virtual unknown to becoming a huge favourite among viewers and judges alike,’ the source said.
‘That’s why he’s invariably been near the top of the scoreboard every week and has never been in the dance-off.
‘But his popularity is as much to do with his personality and humility as anything else.’

After studying zoology and biological photography, Hamza moved to the Scottish Highlands to study the local wildlife.
Last year he presented Scotland: Escape to the Wilderness, a four-part Channel 4 series in which he took four celebrities—Martin Clunes, Baroness Warsi, Ben Miller and Richard Coles—to wild locations around Scotland.
Although he’s managed to have a run of top scores on Strictly, Hamza has admitted that he still thinks he’s going to be eliminated each week.

‘Every week I think this is going to be the week that we are out because I am struggling to get the steps. But sometimes it goes really well,’ he said.
‘We never really think of, “We are going to the final”. We just focus on the week that is up and for us to perform well in that particular week. And if we do well, sweet, we are on to next week.’
