- Stopped on massacre mission: Nicholas Prosper, 19 has been jailed for 49 years after murdering his mother, brother and sister. He had planned to carry out a school shooting in Luton with the hopes of becoming the most famous school shooter in history. He was caught by cops before he made it to the school after a neighbour had called the police in the morning after hearing the disturbance in the family flat.

- He idolised Sandy Hook gunman Adam Lanza and targeted his old school, St Joseph’s Catholic Primary, with the aim of eventually killing 34 – one more than the US’s deadliest school shooting of recent times, at Virginia Tech.
