A jury has been selected for the trial involving Stephen Bear in his alleged revenge porn case.
Former Celebrity Big Brother star Bear has denied denied voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films.
On Tuesday, the 32-year-old arrived at Chelmsford Crown Court in a chauffeur-driven white Rolls Royce and wearing a bright pink suit and tie with a black fur coat wrapped around his shoulders. He walked into court holding hands with his girlfriend.
The alleged offences reportedly took place in August and November 2020, and sees Bear accused of recording private intimate images of the complainant in Loughton that he allegedly later shared online.
During the hearing, a jury of 12 people – nine men and three women – were sworn in.
Before they swore an oath or affirmation, prosecutor Jacqueline Carey KC asked the potential jurors if they followed Bear or the complainant on social media, and if they have ‘subscribed to Stephen Bear’s OnlyFans account’ or ‘paid to view content on OnlyFans that’s related to Stephen Bear’.

The prospective jurors shook their heads before the 12 were selected to sit during the trial and sworn in.
Bear rose to fame after starring in several reality shows, such as Shipwrecked, Ex On The Beach, Celebs Go Dating, and Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.
The prosecution will open its case later on Tuesday.
