The Daily Express leads on the terror charge brought against the suspect in the Southport knife attack. Axel Rudakubana, 18, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court by video link on Wednesday, charged with the production of a biological toxin, Ricin, and possession of information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing to commit an act of terrorism.
