Sharon Osbourne was rushed to hospital after she fainted while filming a paranormal TV programme in California, it has been revealed.
The 70-year-old fell ill and was taken to the emergency room from the set of the production but her ailment was not specified at the time.
A source has since confirmed to Metro.co.uk that the star fainted and needed medical attention as a result.
Following her stay at Santa Paula Hospital, Sharon’s son Jack, 37, took to Instagram to let fans know she was home again after getting the ‘all clear’.
He wrote in his statement: ‘Ok here is what I’ll say. First things first MY MOTHER WASN’T A EPISODE OF @ghostadventures. She was filming a new episode Night of Terror with me.
‘Now that we have made that clear… She has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home.

Sharon has spent the last few years tending to Ozzy as he battles Parkinson’s disease and recovery from a back surgery that has left him with limited mobility.
The singer recently revealed his frustrations and worries surrounding his ability to perform ahead of his tour in the new year.
Despite undergoing treatment six months ago, the Paranoid hitmaker shared his struggles to get back on his feet.
He told SiriusXM: ‘That surgeon told me if I didn’t have the surgery there would be a good chance I would be paralysed from the neck down.
‘So I thought f**king hell, I have got to have it done.’
Ozzy was warned that without the surgery that his wife deemed ‘life changing’ and an appointment that would ‘determine the rest of his life’, he could be left paralysed.
