Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim has split from girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk after 10 months of dating.
The real estate mogul, 46, started dating the model, 25, last year, following his split from Chrishell Stause.
Their romance was played out on season six of the Netflix show, which premiered on the platform just a few weeks ago.
However, the Oppenheim Group boss has now confirmed that they have gone their separate ways, due to the ‘distance’.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a throwback snap of his now-ex on his story, with the message: ‘While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome.
‘We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another.

‘We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.’
Jason and Marie-Lou first met last July while they were both in Mykonos, and have remained close ever since.
Despite only dating for a matter of weeks, the pair took part in a joint interview with People Magazine in August, and revealed that they had already started thinking about the future.
‘I’m more open to being a husband than I am a father right now,’ Jason said of possibly walking down the aisle.

‘I like the idea that there’s no pressure, or a thought about having to have a child with Lou. So it just makes it easy for us.’
News of their split may come as a shock, as Marie-Lou – who recently moved back to France – opened up about their long-distance romance just days ago, while taking part in an Instagram Q&A session.
‘The truth is, we both knew from the beginning that I would have to move back because of my job, friends, and family being here,’ she said.

‘Long distance relationships can be tough, but we’re both committed to making it work. We make sure to communicate regularly and make time for each other despite the distance.
‘While it’s not always easy, we both believe that our love is worth the effort.
‘I’m grateful to have such a supportive partner who understands my goals and passions. At the end of the day, it’s important to follow your heart and pursue your dreams, even if it means taking risks and facing challenges.’
