Daily Express – Rishi’s Rwanda bill ‘stands on side of British people’ 

The Daily Express says Tory MPs are being urged by the party’s chairman to back Rishi Sunak’s Rwanda plan. Richard Holden, writing in the paper, argues that the legislation puts Rishi Sunak on the side of the British people and describes it as “decisive by the PM”. 

The front page reports that Britons will spend £110 billion this Christmas – ‘business cheer’ is how the paper characterises the report.
