Rihanna had ‘no clue’ she was pregnant with her second child while taking part in her already-iconic British Vogue photoshoot.
The world-famous musician returned to the stage for the first time in seven years last weekend as she performed at the 2023 Super Bowl.
As well as showcasing some of her best-loved hits with a 13-minute medley, Rih’s performance made headlines for other reasons as she appeared to reveal she was pregnant during the set.
Fans of the star have had plenty of content to chew on recently, as mere days after the Super Bowl concert the star appeared with her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, and their nine-month-old son for a stunning British Vogue photoshoot.
Now Rihanna has revealed she was pregnant at the time of the shoot, but had ‘no clue.’
The A-lister made the revelation on Wednesday as she shared snaps from the Vogue shoot to Instagram, writing: ‘My son is so fine! Idc idc idc (I don’t care).
She added: ‘How crazy both of my babies were in these photos and mommy had no clue ❤️❤️.’

Rihanna went on to thank Vogue boss Edward Enniful and photographers Inez and Vinoodh for ‘celebrating us as a family.’
In an interview accompanying the shoot, Rihanna spoke candidly about the first ‘legendary’ months of motherhood, though stopped short of revealing her son’s name.
‘You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever,’ she said, reflecting on before she became a mother.

‘Essentially, from one person I became two. You walk into the hospital as a couple and leave as a family of three. It’s nuts.
‘And oh, my gosh, those first days are insane. You don’t sleep. At all. Not even if you wanted to. We came home, cold turkey, had no one. It was just us as parents and our baby. Man, you’re a zombie for the most part.’
And while the Unfaithful singer may not have known she was pregnant at the time, she was asked whether she would like to expand her family at some point.

‘Listen, I’m down for whatever. My wish would be I would like to have more kids but whatever God wants for me, I’m here,’ she proclaimed.
‘Girl, boy. Whatever.’
