Good Morning Britain’s Richard Madeley appeared every inch the doting grandfather as his family enjoyed a Boxing Day lunch together on Monday afternoon.
The TV presenter’s daughter Chloe Madeley, 35, shared a series of snaps from the outing, including one of doting grandad keeping her daughter entertained.
He appeared delighted to be keeping his granddaughter entertained, holding Bodhi (who was dressed in a cute festive outfit) and making playful expressions while the baby girl reached for his face.
Chloe also shared a festive family snap with her daughter, rugby player husband James Haskell, 37 and mum Judy as well as dad Richard, and another with the baby sat firmly on her lap.
The fitness trainer, daughter of Richard and Judy Finnigan, and the former rugby player welcomed their daughter Bodhi on August 10.
And back in October, Richard, 66, explained that his house was more full than usual with his daughter’s family living with them for a time.

‘Our house in London has been baby central, because Chloe, her husband and the baby have been living with us, because their house is being done up.
‘So they’ve been living with us for three months, and I love it! You just go in and it’s like “baby, baby, baby everywhere.”‘
However, he was quick to say he enjoyed it all, and the extra time spent with his granddaughter.
‘I enjoy it, let’s put it that way. She’s a beautiful baby. Little Bobo,’ he continued.
While she is now happily back in her own place, Chloe had expressed reservations about temporarily moving back in with her parents, unsure how it would affect their relationship.

She told The Sun: ‘I was quietly devastated and dreading it. I thought we were all going to be so frazzled.
‘There’s just been the loveliest family camaraderie between us. My mum and I have never been this close,’ she said.
‘I’ve always been a daddy’s girl. But since I got pregnant it’s flipped completely.

‘My mum has been living and breathing it with me. This is the closest I’ve ever felt to her.’
It’s clear the whole family is closer than ever.
