Primark is expanding its Click and Collect service to customers following a trial of the service in certain UK stores last November.
The retail giant remained one of the last fast-fashion high-street stores to resist selling its products online until the trial, which was initially rolled out to 25 branches in northwest England, offering products from its children’s range.
Now, a number of London stores are set to begin offering Click and Collect on certain products – once again covering children’s clothing and accessories – including some items in the children’s homeware range.
The move means Click and Collect will be available in around a third of Primark’s UK stores – but is your local branch among them?
Here’s what you need to know.

Kari Rodgers, UK retail director at Primark, said: ‘It’s a really exciting moment for us as we take our Click and Collect trial to the next level and bring it to 32 of our stores in and around London.
‘This means the service is now available in around a third of our UK stores, giving even more customers the added choice and convenience Click and Collect offers and complementing experience within our stores.
‘The feedback we’ve had from customers in the stores already in the trial has been really encouraging so we’re looking forward to learning more as we expand the trial further.’

The retailer has also noted that the service is being expanded ‘just in time for the back to school season’, and will offer lower prices on some essential items such as T-shirts and sweatshirts ‘in a bid to help family finances go further during the cost of living crisis’.
Orders must cost a minimum of £10 and will you can choose what day you want to collect them, between two and seven days after the order is placed.
Currently however, the chain does not offer home delivery.
