fuming mum wants an apology from her local police force after officers turned up at her home in a riot van – to check her daughter was self-isolating.
Greater Manchester Police visited Kathryn Crook’s property on two occasions to find out if Charlotte, 12, was there after she had tested positive for Covid.
She claims her child was “petrified” as officers turned up at their door, reports Manchester Evening News.
The mum, 45, now wants the police and public health chiefs in Rochdale to say sorry.
Officers turned up to the family home Middleton on Sunday and asked to speak directly to the child, before asking her mum if she had been isolating, Kathryn said.
