A huge fire has engulfed a military base in Moscow – the latest in a series of mystery blazes to hit Russia.
Flames raged for more than four hours at the army facility in the east of the capital.
A dramatic video shared from the forum Readovka showed smoke pouring from the site.
The city’s fire service confirmed a call about the incident just before midnight.
‘The fire broke inside garage units at 3 Sokolinaya Gora, building 10,’ Moskva city news agency was told by the emergency services.
‘Moscow’s emergency services are working at the site.’
So far, the Defence Ministry has not commented on the blaze.

The rising number of suspicious fires have led some to speculate that sabotage could be at play in Russia.
It is unclear if the military unit is linked to the war in Ukraine.
Just last week, the military-linked Zvezda engineering plant in St Petersburg caught ablaze – further fuelling rumours that Russia is being hit by sabotage attacks.
The plant produces high-speed diesel engines for the military and civil fleet, and gearboxes for power plants of medium-tonnage warships.
It also supplies coastal patrol vessels, including those used off invaded regions of Ukraine in the black sea.
Two shopping malls in Moscow have also recently gone up in flames, and the causes are as of yet unconfirmed.
