Mark Wright has reportedly landed a brand-new hosting gig for a global game show.
The 35-year-old has been a regular fixture on our screens following his debut as a series regular on Towie which has led to appearances on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and Take Me Out.
Mark was recently linked to the UK version of The Challenge, which is due to premiere next month, and according to reports, the star has been asked to front the action-packed programme across the pond.
The Challenge: War of The Worlds involves reality contestants competing in stunt-heavy trials to win a whopping cash prize, but the catch is… you have to avoid elimination.
‘Mark wrapped filming on War Of The Worlds at the start of this month,’ a TV insider shared.
‘They filmed the series in South Africa and it was a dream gig for Mark, who really got into it,’ the source added to The Sun.

The publication also added that Mark’s presenting stint on Extra TV in the US proved that he’s popular with American audiences.
Extra was the star’s second break in America after his CBBC kids’ show The Dengineers, which he hosted alongside Lauren Layfield, was picked up by the Discovery Family Channel in May 2016.
Mark also had a taste of the US TV game when he bagged himself a cameo in E! show The Royals, which starred actress and model Liz Hurley.

He played himself in an episode of the US drama, in which he was seen introducing two members of the fictional British monarchy — Prince Liam and Princess Eleanor — to his fictional show.
Mark has been married to Brassic actress Michelle Keegan since 2015 and recently celebrated the festive season in their new £3.5million Essex home.
