It appears we could have some fresh Love Island beef on our hands, so get your knives and forks ready, people.
Everything started off swimmingly in the ‘Ladiators’ challenge, which saw the boys don tiny golden hotpants in an attempt to impress the girls with their gladiator moves and fighting talk.
However, the mood between Olivia Hawkins and Samie Elishi soon turned sour, after Olivia, 27, accused Samie, 22, of purposely soaking her with water after knocking into a pillar.
‘Samie pushed the pillar straight onto me and got me soaked,’ Olivia said in the beach hut, with the rest of the group finding it hilarious at the time.
‘Were you trying to soak me?’, she then asked her, but Samie was quick to give Olivia a hug, chuckling and seemingly thinking no more of it.
‘Now it all makes sense’, Olivia said, under her breath.

Later on, however, she was quizzed by two of the other girls on how she felt after the accident.
‘Do you know what? I’m not being funny, it was a joke, I didn’t know what way it was gonna go…
‘It’s just a game!’, Samie exclaimed to Lana Jenkins and Tanyel Revan.
‘If she’s p***ed off about that, then that’s f***ing ridiculous.’
Tanyel then shared her own thoughts, chiming in: ‘As much as I love Liv, I’m glad that you lot can see the other side where she just will take things so wrong.’
Olivia reckons Samie has an ‘issue’ with her (Picture: ITV/Shutterstock)
‘It’s just creating a problem out of nothing, to create friction,’ Samie argued.
‘I would’ve done that if anyone was standing there. It’s not personal.’
Despite Samie previously apologising, Olivia later confided in Tanya Manhenga about her concerns.
‘Does she have an issue with me?’, she asked her.
‘What’s the issue?’
‘And then, like, straight away grabbing Lana and Tanyel… have I done something wrong?’
Discussing the beef on Twitter during the show, Love Island viewers reckon it’s actually Olivia who has the problem with Samie, as she begrudges how Tom Clare chose Samie over her.
‘She’s constantly making everything about herself… all roads lead back to Tom’, one argued.
‘Now why would Samie have an issue with you Olivia??? What are you “seeing”. what’s “making sense”???’, another wrote.
Not everyone was on Samie’s side, though.

Another accused: ‘Samie purposely knocked that thing with water in it, on Olivia. Proper snide to gaslight the situation by accusing Olivia of taking the “alleged” incident personally.’
One individual wrote: ‘Samie is an instigator and the Olivia hate is blinding everyone from seeing it’.
So, whose side are you on?
Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
