Forgetting your other half’s name is never not an awkward moment – and one Love Island girl made that exact cringe-worthy mistake.

Olivia Hawkins, 27, is currently coupled up with Kai Fagan, 24, and things have been going swimmingly.

Well, we thought they were, but perhaps Olivia isn’t as invested as we first thought, as it appears she’s struggling to remember Kai’s name!

Not even five minutes in Casa Amor, and Olivia made the slip-up while getting to know the new group of guys.

While chatting about who she’s currently in a couple with, Olivia stumbled.

‘Guys, I’ve forgot his name…’, she laughed as it came to her, instantly ducking her head in shame.

The rest of the group were in hysterics, with the girls in shock at how Olivia could make the blunder after such little time apart.

‘I’m coupled up with Kai, things are going really well and it would take a lot to turn my head… even though I forgot his name’, she added.

The moment did not go unnoticed by viewers at home.

‘Olivia forgetting Kai’s name is hilarious and typical, one tweeted.

‘Kai ain’t gonna sleep tonight wondering who’s in Olivia’s bed whilst she can’t remember his one syllable three letter name’, another laughed.

Calling out some inconsistencies from the past, another person tweeted: ‘nooo way olivia was bashing tanyel for being with jordan for “convenience” when she cant even remember kai’s name…’

Fans were also very keen for Kai to be shown the mistake on highly-anticipated Movie Night.

One demanded: ‘if olivia ends up back with kai i need that clip of her forgetting his name on movie night’.

Another predicted: ‘when kai sees olivia forgetting his name on movie night… oh she’s gonna cook’

One individual wrote: ‘Olivia forgetting Kai’s name in Casa amor HAS to be shown on movie night’.

And while some viewers accused Olivia of ‘forgetting’ Kai’s name for ‘attention or to make the Casa boys laugh, they weren’t so taken in by it.

‘That’s a red flag,’ they commented in a chat amongst themselves.

However, they also suggested that shows where her head is, meaning she could be easily swayed.
