It’s looking like new Love Island host Maya Jama has impressed bosses so much that they want to sign her for a ‘multi series deal’ – and we’re here for it.
The winter series launched on Monday night with the presenter marking her debut on the ITV2 dating show, having replaced Laura Whitmore who announced her departure in August.
And it’s safe to say that Maya, 28, completely stole the show as she made her grand entrance to the South African villa by helicopter before re-emerging in *that* black dress.
According to reports, bosses are now keen to keep Maya for the long haul.
‘The reaction to the launch was electric,’ a TV insider said. ‘It was the stuff that a marketeer’s dreams are made of and will undoubtedly mean a boost in viewers watching on catch-up.
