Charlene White’s Loose Women co-stars have showered her in support and praise after the first I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! eviction.
Presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly entered the jungle to reveal the Loose Women panellist would be sent back to the UK after nearly two weeks Down Under.
On leaving the Australian jungle, she told the Geordie duo: ‘This is really, really weird.’
During her time in the jungle, Charlene grilled former health secretary Matt Hancock, and took on a bushtucker trial with Boy George.
And she’s since been showered in support.

She stuck to her principles. People have very short memories regarding Hancock. I’m very proud of my friends Charlene and Sue.’

She said: ‘I’m an impartial journalist, I can’t be sharing a room with a sitting MP because that just doesn’t sit well with me impartiality wise.
‘And I just think, if he were ever to become minister again how can I sit and question him about anything when I’ve shared a room with him?’
I’m A Celebrity continues tonight at 9.10pm on ITV.
