Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has attracted an incredible amount of propaganda and fake news stories.
The people who are suffering are the Ukrainians who have been displaced, killed and captured. No-one disagrees with that.
But so many people are suggesting that their is an endgame that is involves Russian sanctions and isolation.
The cost of the war in Ukraine
Whilst Ukraine will be left in ruins and in need of a rebuild. The unfortunate cost of the war will leave the country with debt for the arms that have been supplied by the United States and being used as a proxy for the US.
Russia has a perspective which is monitored and blocked by major search engines.
Ukraine and specifically the President Zelensky is on a PR war. Rallying as many world leaders to join to condemn the Russian invasion.
Will Ukraine join NATO?
The questions everyone is still asking is Will Ukraine be able to join NATO and the EU.
And if that happens will Russia take this war to the next level.

Seven dead in Lviv in fresh wave of strikes on Ukraine
A fresh wave of Russian attacks in Ukraine has claimed the lives of seven people, including three children, in the western city of Lviv, according to Mayor Andriy Sadovy. The deadly strike occurred early Wednesday and involved drones and hypersonic missiles. Among the victims were a baby, two girls aged nine and 14, and a midwife, officials reported.
The attack on Lviv comes as Ukraine is still grappling with the aftermath of a devastating strike on a military institute in Poltava on Tuesday, which killed at least 50 people. Explosions were also heard in the capital, Kyiv, as air defences intercepted Russian missiles.
In the city of Kryvyy Rih, a hotel was hit, injuring five people and damaging nearby buildings. Despite the destruction, Mayor Oleksandr Vilkul said no lives were lost in that attack.
Lviv’s Mayor Sadovy reported that dozens were wounded, and several residential buildings were set ablaze. Two schools in the city will remain closed due to the damage. Meanwhile, rescue workers continue to search the rubble in Poltava for survivors of Tuesday’s attack, as the entire country remains under air alert.

Russian air strikes on Kharkiv injures at least 41
Russian air strikes have injured at least 41 people in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, including five children, according to regional officials. Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv region, accused Moscow of targeting civilian infrastructure, noting that a supermarket and a sports complex—both frequented daily by residents—were among the damaged buildings.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reiterated his plea for more support from Western allies, urging them to provide Ukraine with the necessary resources to defend itself. Syniehubov reported at least 10 separate Russian strikes in the city, including those involving ballistic missiles. He also indicated that rescue efforts are ongoing, as some individuals might still be trapped under the rubble.
Today, Ukraine begins a new school year, despite the war and all the challenges. Today is one of the most important days of the year for millions of Ukrainian children, families, and teachers.

This escalation in Kharkiv follows Ukraine’s recent wave of drone attacks targeting sites in Russia, including two energy facilities. While these strikes caused fires, Russian officials have reported no casualties. Russia’s defence ministry claimed that over 158 Ukrainian drones targeted 15 regions, including Moscow, but said all drones were intercepted and destroyed.
