Kate Moss’ birthday was made very special indeed as daughter Lila showered her with love.
The supermodel turned 49 on January 16, with 19-year-old Lila on hand to remind her of her youth by sharing the most epic throwback snap.
Lila is the only daughter of the runway star and Jefferson Hack, whom Kate was in a relationship with for a number of years in the early 2000s.
The teen is also a model herself, having followed in her famous mother’s footsteps and appeared in campaigns for Miu Miu, Fendi, and Marc Jacobs.
But that’s not all, as she previously graced the cover of British Vogue magazine and walked the Versace runway back in September 2021 for Milan fashion week.
Shouting her love for Kate from the rooftops on her special day, Lila took to Instagram with a snap of her as a pouty young child, wearing oversized sunglasses.

Posing next to her was mum Kate, who has absolutely not aged a day and looked effortlessly cool with beachy waves in her hair and sunnies on her tanned face.
‘Happy birthday mumma! side by side forever xxx’, Lila captioned the post.
Continuing to spread the bday cheer in the comments, pop star Rita Ora complimented: ‘My favourite duo’.

Despite Kate and her ex Jefferson no longer being together, the two have remained on good terms since splitting.
Lila’s parents first met and began dating in 2001 when, according to Vogue, the editor interviewed her for Dazed and Confused.
Apparently, his first words to her were, ‘You smell like pee’, and, well, romance blossomed from there!
A year later, Lila was born and the pair (who never married) drifted apart romantically.

Having remained friendly, Jefferson attended Kate’s wedding to Jamie Hince in 2011, ahead of their eventual divorce in 2016.
Meanwhile, other members of Kate’s family aren’t so close with her these days, with younger sister Lottie speaking very openly about how they don’t have the sweet sibling bond you might expect.
Admitting they ‘don’t really have a relationship,’ the Only Fans star, 24, recently said: ‘Being Kate Moss’s sister, I was immediately thrown in the spotlight, and I always felt like I was living in her shadow.’

She continued for Glamour Magazine UK: ‘When I started out, I was always just Kate Moss’s sister. That was really hard for me growing up, especially not being that close with my sister (we still don’t really have a relationship now, which is something I never really speak about).’
Lottie added: ‘It’s hard when you have someone close to you doing the exact same job as you, who’s already very prominent in the industry, but not having any advice or guidance.’
