Migrants are increasingly faking conversion to Christianity so they can remain in Britain, an asylum seeker has told the Daily Express.

The paper has spoken to Bilal Jaf, who says new arrivals believe that have a “very good chance” of gaining asylum if their applications are supported by a vicar, priest, or another senior cleric. It adds that MPs are preparing to quiz church leaders on the issue on Tuesday.
