Less administrative obstacles for SMEs in Spain

Less administrative obstacles for SMEs in Spain as the Governing Council of the Board of Extremadura has given the green light to the processing of the draft of the Open Market Law of Extremadura, which seeks to ensure free movement and establishment of economic operators within the Autonomous Community.

    Less administrative obstacles for SMEs

He stressed that with this law, it will “be facilitated” that companies that operate in other territories can do it in Extremadura “without demanding any additional requirements” to which they have already demanded in their origin territory. So with this step forward, the Board intends to “reduce administrative obstacles and benefit SMEs that are most affecting.”

Extremadura already has its extended budgets

The scope of this Law will be the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and among its challenges, it seeks to eliminate barriers to companies, establishing cooperation structures between the different regional and national administrations.

The ultimate goal is to eliminate administrative charges and facilitate business activity, promoting the implementation and creation of new companies, with the consequent employment generation, according to the spokeswoman.

Bazaga said that Extremadura will be the second autonomous community of Spain that implants it, after Madrid, so “it will soon be a reality” to go further in the market protection unit.

But in addition, in the region “a suggestion mailbox will be installed that will expedite the procedures”, something that in the words of the spokeswoman is the result of the active listening of the government, thus complying with the commitments acquired in the Government Program of María Guardiola to boost the attraction of companies, the improvement of economy and improve employment.
