Lauren Goodger is remembering her daughter Lorena as she marks six months since her death.
It’s been a heartbreaking few months for the Towie star, whose second child, Lorena died shortly after birth in July.
Following the devastation, Lauren was assaulted on the day of her baby’s funeral.
The 35-year-old’s ex-boyfriend Jake McLean was later killed in a car crash while on a Turkish holiday.
Taking a moment to honour baby girl Lorena – who Lauren shared with on/off boyfriend Charles Drury, 24 – the reality star posted a message to her Instagram Story.
‘My [angel emoji] is 6 months tomorrow’, she wrote on Saturday (January 7).

‘Pray for you tonight #Lorena’, she added, followed by a white love heart.
Lorena died minutes after her birth, after she was born with two knots in her umbilical cord which was tied around her neck.
When announcing Lorena’s death last year, Lauren posted a photo of her newborn’s hand.
‘She was the most beautiful healthy baby I’ve ever seen just like her sister @babylarose.x’, the mum-of-two wrote.

‘Words can’t describe as a mother losing your baby that I carried for all these months perfectly and gave birth too for my angel to be taken from me 👼’
She continued: ‘There was no pregnancy or labour complications and she was fine & healthy but I am not going into detail right now just know that there was nothing wrong with her or myself she was perfect I can’t understand it she is so so beautiful Larose twin so similar.’
Lauren said at the time that eldest child Larose was helping her through, describing her as her ‘rock’.

And while she continues to honour Lorena and raise awareness for baby loss, Lauren is also hoping for a ‘fresh start’ in 2023.
The TV icon recently moved back to her old home, telling her followers on Instagram: ‘Honey I’m home. Fresh start for me and my bubs. Back in my happy place,’ as she shared a picture of keys.
Her career also seems to be gaining pace again, after she took time out in 2022 to grieve.

According to reports, the former Dancing On Ice star is set to return to Towie, with her last appearance on the series being in 2016.
‘Towie are always in talks with former cast mates with a view to bringing them back and Lauren is top of their wish list,’ a source told The Sun, with Lauren being one of the show’s original stars.
