‘Rest in Power’: hundreds gather at vigils to pay tribute to Brianna Ghey

In Liverpool, pictures of Brianna were placed on the ground alongside the message ‘Rest in Power’.
The Independent leads on Former CBI president Paul Drechsler who writes that Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer is “winning” the economic argument against Rishi Sunak among Britain’s bosses thanks to a “seismic” change in the party’s image.
Writing for the paper, Mr Drechsler says high street giants and other top firms now talk with “warmth and optimism” about Labour.
