Jurgen Klopp’s agent insists the Liverpool manager has no intention of resigning.
Liverpool are already 15 points off top spot in the Premier League following an inconsistent start to the season, while in the Champions League, Klopp’s side face the prospect of finishing runners-up in Group A behind Napoli.
Speculation has grown over Klopp’s future at Anfield, although the 55-year-old signed a contract extension in April which keeps him tied to the club until 2026.
Speaking ahead of Liverpool’s final Champions League group game against Napoli on Tuesday evening, Klopp’s representative, Kosicke, moved to play down rumours about the German’s future.
‘I can assure that Jurgen Klopp has no intention of resigning from Liverpool,’ Kosicke told Sky Germany.
