Jonnie Irwin has shared a heartwrenching message about life as he makes the most of the time he has left with his children.
The A Place in the Sun presenter, 49, revealed last November that he had terminal cancer after a tumour spread from his lung to his brain.
The property expert – who shares three young sons with wife Jess – later said that doctors did not expect him to live until 2023.
Since going public with his devastating health news, Jonnie has been living life to the full, especially when it comes to family.
This week, the TV star enjoyed a day out with his boys – Rex, four, and two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac.
Sharing a sweet snap to social media, Jonnie captured the little ones absolutely buzzing with excitement.

‘Front seat on the Metro riding with uncle @stuart.j.kane’, he captioned the pic, with his sons wide-eyed and open-mouthed with joy next to him.
Jonnie also wore a smile as he snapped the pic, wearing a jumper and waterproof coat with a cap on his head.
Later on, he took to the comments to give an update on his condition.
‘Felling ok is the new feeling great! Make the most! X [sic]’, Jonnie wrote.
His followers then flocked to the comments to send their love.
‘Love this pic mate! I’ve said before your strength is astounding mate’, one person wrote.

‘What a great photo, jonnie of you and the boys and uncle too. Keep the strength xxx’, said another.
‘Great to see you getting out and about. ❤️, one added.
Jonnie’s update comes after he sadly admitted to feeling ‘weaker’.
Beaming in another Instagram snap with his kids, he penned: ‘Since delivery of our @babboe_cargobike it’s been out most days.’
Jonnie added: ‘I’m obviously a lot weaker these days and would never be strong enough to cart these ankle biters around but with electric power assistance I can pretty much go anywhere.’

He went on: ‘The boys love it and it’s made the nursery run fun (if I’m up in time) it’s probably cut our car use by about 50% so obviously much greener so hopefully making up for some of the naughty motors in my past.
‘For me it’s allowed me to get more involved #gamechanger.’
Jonnie’s three kids remain unaware of his terminal cancer, as he doesn’t want to ‘confuse’ them.
He has kept his fans in the loop, however, recently addressing his ‘uncomfortable’ limits.

‘I really would like to go on holiday – every week I feel a little bit stronger,’ he explained to The Sun in an interview.
‘I don’t think I would be able to go long haul, I wouldn’t feel comfortable but if I could go somewhere in Spain, Portugal or Italy – that would be great,’ the presenter added.
He also told the outlet: ‘I get more tired, my appetite has been affected but I’m just trying to do as much as possible all the time really.’
