JoJo Siwa has been inundated with support from fans after she shared a truly horrifying clip from Dance Moms.
From 2015-2016, JoJo appeared on the fifth and six seasons of the series, which followed young dancers being trained and performing under Abby Lee Miller’s dance school, as well as the relationships between Miller, the dancers, and their often bickering mothers.
While she eventually left to pursue other opportunities, JoJo’s experience on the show saw her targeted by not only the notoriously harsh Miller, but the other young girls and their mothers.
Now JoJo, 19, has shared a series of clips of her being subjected to harsh criticism and it’s pretty hard to watch.
Captioning the TikTok video ‘when people hate and try to hurt me but this was my childhood…’, JoJo watched the clips while swaying along with her hands in her pockets and laughing.
The first clip showed Miller telling all of the other dancers to write a list of reasons why JoJo shouldn’t be a part of the Abby Lee Dance Company.

Some of the others girls then read out their responses directly to JoJo’s face, with comments ranging from ‘sometimes she’s very loud’ and ‘sometimes you take opportunities from people who have been here longer’.
As JoJo starts wiping tears away, Miller then tells her that she should be thankful to be there before absolutely losing it, yelling: ‘You deserve nothing. Don’t have an attitude that you are entitled to anything in this world.’
She then also berates the young dancer for getting emotional after being taunted.
In other clips JoJo was seen crying for being scared that ‘Abby is going to kill me’ after a routine, while another saw her be called ‘a greedy little monster’ for picking up a new costume.

Another one saw a group of the other girls on stage slamming JoJo, with one saying: ‘Even if you pour water on her, she will never shut up.’
One of the final clips also showed one of the mothers calling her ‘one of the worst dancers on the team’.
JoJo captioned video with a quote from Miller that read: ‘You have to be ready to put your heart on a platter, and for someone to stab it.’
She was quickly inundated with messages of support, with one fan writing: ‘I never understood how the mothers just stood there!! I’d have ripped her hair out.’
‘I’m so sorry this happened to you,’ another added.

Many others pointed out the irony of the fact she had by far become the most successful from the show, with one person telling JoJo that she turned ‘all that trauma into so much success’.
Around the time she left Dance Moms, JoJo released her single Boomerang, which was about online bullying.
It was a huge hit and has now been viewed more than 950 million times and received over 5 million likes.
