Jill Scott may have been crowned the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winner, but she’s yet to hear from Matt Hancock since taking out the title.
The former England footballer was last week named as the winner of the series, which saw Hollyoaks star Owen Warner come runner-up, while the former health secretary took out third place.
While it’s been speculated that the campmates have left Hancock out of their WhatsApp group, Jill has said she hasn’t heard from him since they left the jungle.
‘I actually haven’t [spoken to him] since the show,’ she said when asked on Loose Women if they’d kept in contact.
‘My knowledge of politics isn’t actually that good so once in jungle everyone puts their jungle outfits on and we were all one team.
‘He was going and getting the stars and feeding us so I was happy.
‘I haven’t had a message off him yet, that’s the truth.’

However, Janet Street-Porter couldn’t help herself with a cheeky comment and joked that Jill might hear from Hancock when he sends her a copy of his book, Pandemic Diaries, which was released today.
Coleen Nolan also had a little dig, saying: ‘Or maybe it’s because you are a winner and he is a loser.’
Jill also spoke about how it’s been being back home after being crowned Queen of the Jungle by the public.

‘It all seems surreal,’ she said.
‘I just missed a November of my life and went and lived in a jungle. It’s been crazy.’
The day after she got back to Manchester, Jill said she went and brought some ‘advent calendars and a bag of frozen chips’ and was shocked to see her face in the newspapers.
‘I don’t think I realised how many people watched it, but it’s been really nice to have them come up and say, “well done”,’ she added.

However, someone who brought her down to reality a bit was her mum, who shared her opinion on how Jill was looking while sleeping outside.
Early on, two of her fellow campers would help plait her hair, but once they left, she was left on her own.
‘When I got back my mum said that when Charlene (White) left and Scarlette (Douglas) your hair went terrible. You can always count on your mum,’ she shared.
But Jill also got put in a bit of a sticky situation after she was also asked about how she called an old Loose Women episode a bit of a downer.
‘Once I was watching Loose Women and the topics were so depressing that I felt like everyone was mourning,’ she said while in camp.
While she chatted with Charlene about it in camp and asked to make her a cup of tea as an apology, the panel couldn’t resist bringing it up again.
‘One thing in sport is that you have to be able to have difficult conversations and it’s one thing I’ve never been good at,’ she said.

‘I do like to keep people happy and I hated that moment.’
However all was forgotten and the ladies all laughed it off.
