Jamie Foxx has teased ‘big things’ are on the way in a new Instagram post, following his worrying health scare.
The Django Unchained actor, 55, appears to be well on the road to recovery after he was rushed to hospital in April following a ‘medical complication’.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, he shared a snap of himself looking very dapper in a suit as he posed on top of a gold Formula One car.
Alongside the upload, he penned: ‘Thankful for my @betmgm family and a great few nights in Vegas.
‘We got BIG things coming soon.’
The Hollywood icon stopped short of explaining just what those ‘big things’ are, but his daughter, Corinne, shared a sweet snap from the same photoshoot on her Instagram praise, heaping praise on her dad.

‘Year 4 of @betmgm in the books,’ she wrote. ‘So proud of you always dad @iamjamiefoxx.’
Jamie was taken to hospital earlier this year, but details of his condition have not been publicly shared.
Corinne broke the news of his illness on Instagram, sharing a statement which read: ‘From the Foxx Family: We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday.
‘Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers.
‘The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, The Foxx Family.’

After speculation grew over his illness, she was forced to share another update, revealing he had been recovering.
‘My dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday,’ Corinne added.
‘Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!’
Jamie was recently seen making the most of the good weather in Chicago just a few weeks ago, and took the opportunity to wave at fans during a low-key boat day.
Although he has taken time out of the spotlight to focus on his recovery, he also stepped in to help a woman recover her bag while out and about in the city.

Nick Cannon replaced Jamie on his gameshow, Beat Shazam, and recently insisted that the Oscar-winner will shed light on what happened when he’s ready.
‘One thing I’ve always respected about how Jamie’s moved throughout his entire career, if you’ve noticed, he’s always been somebody who is extremely professional and extremely private,’ the dad-of-12 previously told Extra.
‘You don’t ever really hear anything other than just the great work that he puts forth as a professional and the fact that he’s handled this situation with the same manner, you only can respect that.
‘The information that is out there is the information that they want to be out there.
‘I believe when he’s ready, he’s going to address the awaiting fans in the world the way that only he can.’
