Heathrow cancels flights āout of respectā for Queenās coffin procession
The Metro says Flights at Heathrow Airport have been axed so they do not disturb the Queenās coffin procession this afternoon.
āAppropriate alterationsā will be made over the coming days āout of respectā for the mourning period, a spokesperson from the west London airport said.
This includes flights being disrupted between 1.50pm and 3.40pm today.
The move will āensure silence over central Londonā as the ceremonial procession moves from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall.
Prince William and Prince Harry will join their father King Charles III to walk behind the monarchās coffin at 2.22pm.
