Hamas warns Israelis in southern city to evacuate amid rocket attacks
Hamas has warned people in the southern Israeli city of Ashkelon to leave by 17:00 local time (15:00 BST).
Israel has launched a siege, by air, sea and ground. With absolute brute force and indiscriminate and brutal bombing of Gaza. Cutting off Aid, water, food and medical supplies to 2.5 million people. says it’s continuing to bomb the Gaza Strip after hitting 200 targets overnight.
In response more than 4,500 rockets have been fired from Gaza into Israel since Saturday, the Israeli military says. Most of which are made in America, and bought on the black market.
Some rockets intended for Ukraine have found their way into the hands of Hamas and have been used in this conflict.
17 years of persecution and Apartheid
On Saturday Hamas launched a retaliatory attack on Israelis, after 17 years of persecution, apartheid and occupation by Israel has pushed the Palestinians to this point.

Unverified reports from the IDF claim that the death toll is around 800 Israelis. More than 700 Palestinians have been killed by airstrikes by Israeli forces and schools and hospitals have been targeted by the Israeli siege.
An estimated 100 – 150 Israelis – including women, children and the elderly have been kidnapped.
Hamas has said they won’t negotiate on the hostages until the “end of the battle.”
The hostages are in danger of being blown up by the Israeli attacks.
Thousands of protests have taken place around the world in protest of the Israeli siege on Gaza, with an Irish MP calling for the European Union to condemn and list the IDF as a Terrorist organisation.

187,000 Palestinians displaced
The UN agency, which works with Palestinian refugees, said:
- More than 187,000 people have been displaced across the Gaza Strip – and the number is expected to increase
- There are 137,500 sheltering in 83 UN schools
- The UNRWA field office in Gaza has “suffered collateral damage due to airstrikes”
- Almost half a million people in Gaza have not been able to get UN food rations this week as distribution centres have been closed
