The winners of the 2023 Golden Globes are in… and some movies swept up the awards.
Colin Farrell and Austin Butler picked up Best Actor awards for The Banshees of Inisherin and Elvis respectively – while Best Actress gongs were given to Cate Blanchett and Michelle Yeoh.
Unsurprisingly, Steven Spielberg picked up Best Director for a film partly based on his own childhood.
And that’s not even mentioning all the TV awards, which recognised shows such as The White Lotus, House of the Dragon and The Bear.
If you haven’t been keeping up with the latest movie releases, though, some of these winning films might have slipped off your radar – and you might be keen to watch them now.
Here’s where to find them.
How to watch The Banshees of Inisherin in the UK
This film won Colin Farrell a Best Actor nod, Best Screenplay (by writer/director Martin MacDonagh), as well as Best Motion Picture: Musical or Comedy – at this year’s Globes.
So, you’re practically guaranteed a compelling watch when you tune into the film on its streaming home Disney Plus.
The film follows as Colin’s character Pádraic as he tries to comes to term with his lifelong pal Colm (Brendan Gleeson) cutting him out – a feud which results in severed fingers and even greater dire consequences.
How to watch The Fabelmans in the UK
Michelle Williams, Paul Dano and Seth Rogen star in Steven Spielberg’s latest film The Fabelmans.
Not only did he take home Best Director for the film, which follows a young boy named Sammy who is obsessed with making movies (sound familiar?), and his complicated family – but it also won Best Motion Picture: Drama.
Here in the UK, you can’t actually watch it yet – as it’s due out in UK cinemas from January 27.
Later in 2023, no doubt it’ll be available on a streaming platform.
How to watch Elvis in the UK
A biopic by Moulin Rogue director Baz Luhrmann, it was lead actor Austin Butler who stole the show as iconic 1950s rocker Elvis, earning him a Best Actor win at the Golden Globes.
Elvis has been out for a while, so you can rent the film for £4.99 on Amazon Prime Video, or for £5.49 on Sky Cinema.
If you prefer to watch on Blu-ray, you can currently pick up a copy from HMV for £9.99.
How to watch Tár in the UK
Cate Blanchett won Best Actress for her performance as orchestra conductor Lydia Tár, whose life and career slowly falls apart.
Not available on UK streaming services yet, it is still showing in some cinemas around the country.
Check your local independent cinema to see if it’s on near you.
Currently, it is available to rent or buy on Amazon Prime in the US, suggesting it may one day be available via Amazon in the UK, too.
How to watch Everything Everywhere All At Once in the UK
Everything Everywhere All At Once picked up two acting nods at Golden Globes: Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh, and Best Supporting Actor for Ke Huy Quan.
The movie, which sees Yeoh’s Evelyn become a parallel universe ‘jumper’ in a bid to save the world, is available to watch for free if you’re an Amazon Prime Video member.
If you don’t have Prime, it’s also available to buy on iTunes.
