Girl, 8, hid in milk fridge from white supremacist as he shot dead 10 in Buffalo
Daily Mirror says A brave schoolgirl told how she hid in a milk fridge when a white supremacist opened fire at a US supermarket.
Londin Thomas, eight, huddled in the cooler with her parents at the back of Tops Friendly Market in Buffalo, New York, where the teenage gunman slaughtered 10 people on Saturday.
The family had visited the store to buy supplies for her mum’s birthday when Payton Gendron, 18, launched his attack.
Londin and her dad Lamont Thomas told WKBW how their mum was in the meat section while they went to grab ingredients to bake a surprise cake when shots were fired.
The youngster added: “We all ran to the back where the milk freezes were at and he was shooting at the milk.
