Made in Chelsea’s Georgia Toffolo could not hide her disgust at Matt Hancock joining the line-up for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!.
The reality TV star slummed it in ITV’s juggernaut reality programme five years ago and was eventually crowned Queen of the Jungle.
Appearing on Friday’s This Morning, alongside other former campmates Peter Andre and Jake Quickenden, the 28-year-old reflected on her stint Down Under, where she befriended Boris Johnson’s dad Stanley.
The influencer also discussed the upcoming instalment of the long-running series, which the Mysterious Girl singer predicted would be ‘fiery’, and didn’t holdback when it came to the disgraced former health secretary.
The nation collectively dropped its jaw when Hancock was announced as a latecomer on this year’s I’m A Celeb and has faced monumental backlash for the decision.
Georgia was the latest star to slam the politician’s, who has been suspended from the Conversatives, completely unexpected career move.
Asked by hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary what she made of Hancock travelling to Australia, Georgia launched into a scathing attack and did not mince her words.

Explaining she was normally ‘pretty soft’ on the Tories, she said: ‘I think this is disgraceful.’
Referring to Penny Mordaunt’s widely mocked stint on ITV’s short-lived reality series Splash!, she continued: ‘Penny Mordaunt went and did Splash! all those years ago in 2014 and she donated all of her fee to the local lido and saved the lido. Brilliant.

‘What Matt is doing is really showing to the country that [as] the man who was meant to be in control of our health going through this pandemic, not only did he cheat on his wife and get caught, he’s now leaving his constituents to go to Australia to earn loads of money on the show.’
She said Hancock was ‘flaunting it in front of people that lost so many loved ones and went through the most horrific pain’.

‘I’ve never been more embarrassed about the Conservative party ever,’ Georgia concluded.
Hancock will be joining the likes of radio DJ Chris Moyles, Culture Club singer Boy George, Loose Women’s Charlene White and Lioness Jill Scott Down Under in what promises to be an explosive series.

Meanwhile, Georgia is rumoured to be making a jungle comeback for a special All Stars spin-off series, which will be filmed in South Africa and is slated to air in 2023.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
