Georgia Harrison has vowed to ‘concentrate solely’ on making positive changes to society to help ‘protect everyone’ after ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear was found guilty in his revenge porn trial on two counts of releasing private sexual material without her permission.
The TOWIE star previously took to social media to thank everyone for their ‘support and beautiful messages’ after the outcome of the case on Tuesday.
‘Having a well needed night in the present moment with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday but can’t put into words the gratitude for you all and relief I’m feeling right now,’ she wrote on her Instagram Story.
The 28-year-old then added: ‘Trust the universe,’ after waiving her right to anonymity following the trial.
On Wednesday night, she came back on Instagram to share a grid post, with a photo of herself posing artfully in the three-piece suit she wore to court, as well as a video clip of the police’s statement in the aftermath of the verdict.
She wrote next to it: ‘Thank you for all of your support. I truly want to let go of any negativity and concentrate souly [sic] on positive changes to our society to help protect everyone but most importantly the younger generation.’

Offering support to others who have suffered in comparable ways, she added: ‘To all of those who have fallen victim to similar crimes I hear you and I stand with you. We cannot control all of the things that happen in our lives but we can choose to not let them define us.’
Her friends supported Georgia in the comments, with fellow reality star Lauryn Goodman penning: ‘So strong! You always look to the positives and that’s one of the many things that’s amazing about you! @georgialouiseharrison proud [sic], you’ve literally been a voice for so many!’
Ex Love Island star Joanna Chimonides added: ‘THATS MY GIRLLL❤️’
Bear – who has appeared on numerous reality TV shows including Celebrity Big Brother – faces a maximum penalty of two years imprisonment, an unlimited fine, or both after he was convicted of voyeurism alongside his counts of releasing a film without consent.

Evidence put forward to the court showed filmed CCTV footage of the influencer and Celebrity Big Brother winner having sex in Bear’s garden at his home in Essex on August 2, 2020.
Arguments delivered by the prosecution stated that, although the sex was consensual, Georgia had no idea the act was being recorded.
In a statement released on Tuesday, she waived her right to anonymity to share her reaction to the trail’s verdict.
‘The only way to describe how I am feeling now is relieved,’ she said.
‘The last two years have been absolute hell and this verdict will allow me to start to put the pain I have suffered in the past and start embracing the future.
‘Bear’s behaviour was completely unacceptable and those who choose to commit such crimes should and will be prosecuted.’
Harrison continued to speak about the importance of protecting everyone from the ‘virtual’ world: ‘We are living in a time where so much of our lives and our children’s lives are spent online and it is so important that individuals are protected in the virtual world just as they are in reality.
‘Social media has given us the egalitarian belief that we are all publishers but what it hasn’t done is regulate what we should responsibly publish.

‘I hope me taking a stand gives other men and women who have fallen victim to revenge porn the courage to seek justice and most importantly show them that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.’
She ended her statement by thanking the Essex police force, friends and family members for their support.
