A ‘mass fight’ broke out at a holiday park in Devon, forcing people to flee on Christmas Day.
Armed police and dog handlers scrambled to the Welcome Family Park at Dawlish because of the ‘significant disorder’.
Devon and Cornwall Police said dozens of people were involved in the large scale disorder, which kicked off overnight on Christmas Eve.
Some families were forced to abandon the caravan site, leaving presents behind, and many said their holiday was ‘ruined’.
The force said three men from Hertfordshire and London were arrested after the incident.
Staff at the camp were said to be ‘very upset’ by the mass fighting, in which the clubhouse was smashed up.

A statement from Tuesday evening read: ‘Officers were notified in the early hours of Christmas Day to reports of a large scale disorder involving dozens of people at a holiday park in Dawlish Warren.
‘Officers located one man with injuries to his hand, who was taken to hospital for treatment.
‘They carried out extensive searches of the area and a police presence remained at the park for the day.

‘A 23-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead was arrested on suspicion of affray.
‘An 18-year-old man, also from Hemel Hempstead, was arrested on suspicion of affray and actual bodily harm and a 30-year-old man from Enfield was arrested on suspicion of affray.
‘All three men have been released on bail with conditions.’
