Euro 2020: Prince William ‘sickened’ by racist abuse from England fans aimed at Lions
Prince William has issued a statement saying he is “sickened” by the racist abuse directed at several England players following last night’s Euro 2020 final at Wembley.
I am sickened by the racist abuse aimed at England players after last night’s match.
It is totally unacceptable that players have to endure this abhorrent behaviour.
It must stop now and all those involved should be held accountable. W

In a statement posted on Twitter signed “W”, Prince William wrote: “I am sickened by the racist abuse aimed at England players after last night’s match.
“It is totally unacceptable that players have to endure this abhorrent behaviour. It must stop now and all those involved should be held accountable. W.”
