England’s World Cup campaign begins on Monday, 21 November at 4 pm local time, where the Three Lions will take on Iran.
England have been drawn in Group B where they’ll face USA, Iran and Wales in Qatar.
England’s starting eleven for the first game has yet to be announced, and won’t be decided until closer to the date.
This is the first World Cup to be played in winter but a Qatari winter still means warm weather – with temperatures expected to reach 30C.
Teams will be allowed to make five substitutions, which will work well for England – who have players still recovering from injury.
Here are the full dates, kick-off times and TV channel information for the England matches at the 2022 World Cup.

England’s World Cup group stage fixtures
As per usual, the BBC and ITV share live TV coverage of the World Cup.
The BBC will show England’s games against Iran and Wales, whilst ITV will broadcast England vs USA.
If England make it out of Group B, they will take on one of Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal or the Netherlands in the last-16.
It depends on if England win their group or finish second – as to when they play their last-16 match on either December 3 or 4.
England could then face either Argentina or France in the quarter-final on December 9 or 10.
And if the Lions make it through to the semi-final, it is possible they could face Belgium or Portugal on December 13 or 14 for a place in the final.
And if England make it to the final, they could meet either Spain, Brazil or Germany.
The final is taking place on Sunday, December 18 at 3 pm.
