Thousands of England fans back home showered themselves in beer as they chucked pints into the air celebrating Jude Bellingham’s first goal at the World Cup.
As the 19-year-old nodded England ahead against Iran packed out fan parks across the UK jumped for joy.

Former Manchester United footballer Teddy Sheringham celebrated alongside fans at the fanzone in Tottenham Court Road as England scored their first goal.
‘Beautiful’ he said.
Supporters watching from the floor below let out loud cheers while pints went up in the air and spilled onto white and red jerseys.
Sheringham called the Fifa sanctions against wearing the One-Love armband a ‘joke’.
‘We’re a one-love country’ he added.

Supporters jumped up and down yelling after England scored their next two goals in quick succession.
Painter and decorator John Goldman admitted to pulling a ‘sickie’ to watch the match. He travelled from his home in Thurrock, Essex, to an all ticket FIFA-backed event in central London.
Accompanied by his wife Lianne – and both wearing England shirts – they couldn’t wait for the afternoon kick off.
John said: ’I was supposed to be working but decided to come here. I’m self-employed, so there’s no one to tell me off.
‘Even if I had a job, I would have cancelled. I just wanted to watch the football.’
