Cain has not taken the news well (Picture: ITV)
It was revealed tonight that killer child Kyle Winchester (Huey Quinn) had been released on bail, as he returned to the Emmerdale village with mum Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson).
While the Dingles celebrated the only way they know how, by throwing a massive party, Cain (Jeff Hordley) wasn’t feeling the same joy.
It was made clear to him that the conditions of Kyle’s bail required him to have no contact with his dad, who had previously been in prison for the crime as part of a cover up plot.
However, the Dingle bad-boy wasn’t happy with this arrangement, and in true Cain style, kicked off when he didn’t get his own way.
Cain’s behaviour caused upset for Amy, which left partner Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) furious.
Adamant he wanted an apology for Amy, Matty paid Cain a visit, where he told him exactly what he thought.
Cain once again used his fists instead of his brain, as he pinned Matty against the fridge, threatening him.
A shaken Matty pointed out that this proved his point exactly: Why would the courts send a child home to a violent thug?

His words clearly hit a sore point for Cain, who demanded he pack his stuff and move out immediately.
Things only got worse when drunken Cain arrived at the Woolpack to find the rest of the Dingle clan celebrating with estranged brother Caleb (Will Ash).
This was the final straw for the mechanic, as he stormed out, labelling the family as ‘backstabbers’.
It is clear that Cain is determined to have Kyle back with him, so just how far will he go to make that happen?
