New figures show more than 100,000 children were taken to hospital with rotten teeth over five years amid a dental health crisis, writes the Daily Mirror.
It says 116 of them a day needed extractions in 2022, with 40% of children no longer having regular NHS teeth check-ups. It’s launching a campaign to get dental access “for all”.
