Danielle Lloyd has revealed she is ‘broken’ as she faces the prospect of a hysterectomy following her recent cancer scare.
The model and TV personality, 39, revealed that she was rushed to A&E six weeks ago after experiencing heavy bleeding, saying she believed this was due to a miscarriage.
However, doctors then told the former Miss England and Miss Great Britain that they had discovered cysts on both ovaries, one of which was the size of a tennis ball.
They also discovered thickened lining of the womb, with Danielle now awaiting the results of a biopsy to determine if she has endometrial cancer.
Endometrial cancer is a disease in which malignant cells form in the tissues of the endometrium, the lining of the uterus, according to the National Cancer Institute.
Danielle additionally told OK! Magazine that a doctor had advised her not to have any more children regardless of the results of her tests, dashing the star’s hopes of conceiving child number six.

‘In some ways it is heartbreaking, I sometimes can’t imagine never having a little baby again,’ she told the publication.
Danielle has three sons – Archie, 13, Harry, 12, and George, nine – with her ex-husband Jamie O’Hara, as well as sharing son Ronnie, five, and Autumn, one, with husband Michael O’Neill.
The star opened up on how the news has affected her, saying that she ‘can’t stop thinking’ and her fear of dying and leaving her children behind.
‘When you hear the word cancer, you just think, “Oh my god, I’m going to die”,’ she said.
‘I just can’t stop crying and have said to Michael, “I don’t want to leave my kids”. I’m trying to stay positive for them, but it’s been horrendous. I’m sat here every day thinking, “Am I going to be okay?”‘

The star faces the prospect of a hysterectomy as part of the potential treatment, with Danielle saying friends have asked if she is ‘ready to go through menopause’ and a result.
She has previously spoken out about suffering with endometriosis and polycystic ovaries following a miscarriage.
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other places, such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes, says the NHS website.
Hopkins Medicine says Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in which the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of androgens, and can also cause small cysts that form on the ovaries.
