The Daily Mirror writes that another young life ends in terror and agony following the death of Alice Stones who was killed by her family’s dog on Tuesday. 

The paper is “demanding action” following the death of the four-year-old. Alongside a picture of Alice, the lead story says the paper is “demanding answers to the national complacency around dog attacks” and asks if the lives of some children in Britain are worth less protection than others.

The front page also reports on missing mum Nicola Bulley – who disappeared whilst walking her dog.
