Daily Mirror – Post Office Scandal: Shameful
A widow has told the Daily Mirror how her husband was “destroyed” by the Post Office scandal. Marion Holmes tells the paper that husband Peter died in 2015 still considered a criminal because he was blamed after £46,000 appeared to go missing from the Post Office he ran.
The paper also says it’s “shameful” that Fujitsu, the tech company behind the software that caused the scandal, still earns £100m a year from government contracts.
