An eerie video has shown a perfectly intact corpse – complete with a full head of hair.
Margarita Rosario died 10 years ago in the Dominican Republic.
Her family recently decided to move her body from her tomb in the Montaña Cemetery to a different location, Primer Impacto reports.
Chilling footage captured the moments her corpse was moved.
The corpse of Margarita, who had been dressed in a nightgown, was intact and – to her family’s surprise – still had a full head of hair.
In the clip, a male voice can be heard saying: ‘Look, she’s the same.’
Antonio Abreu, a worker at La Colonia Cemetery, told Primer Impacto that the family was in complete shock at the state of her corpse.
She even still had skin covering parts of her bones, despite the years since she was buried.

Antonio told the news outlet: ‘In the 13 years that I have worked here, I have never seen anything like it.
‘They said that the woman was good, that maybe that’s why she stayed that way because she performed a lot of favours.’
The family also believe that Margarita’s good and kind actions during her life meant that her corpse did not fully decompose.
Primer Impacto also reported that another Jarabacoa resident’s corpse had been fully intact when it was exhumed in 2007.

Jarabacoa coroner Rafael Domínguez explained both incidents as a case of ‘spontaneous mummification.’
‘The putrefaction process is interrupted somewhere,’ he said. ‘The bacteria’s decay does not continue its process.’
