Daily Mirror – Christmas cosmetic surgery fear

The Daily Mirror reports a Turkish cosmetic surgery company has offered discounted deals for Christmas, despite allegations of botched and lethal operations.

A Mirror investigation uncovered that the medical company, Magic Touch has been advertising inexpensive plastic surgery ahead of Christmas, raising concerns about safety for British patients. The company promoted deals during an event in Hull, offering free consultations to individuals considering travelling to Turkey for treatment.

During a consultation, a “patient coordinator” named Sevil, lacking medical qualifications, boldly outlined a treatment plan for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) for a Mirror reporter, despite at least three reported deaths of Brits who had undergone similar procedures in Turkey.
