Metro – Cat sadist caged for killing a stranger
A cat killer who filmed themselves putting the animal in a blender and then went on to murder a man in the street in Oxford has been jailed for life is the lead story in the Metro.
Scarlet Blake was jailed for 24 years for the murder of Jorge Martin Carreno in 2021. The paper calls her a “cat sadist” after also being jailed for live-streaming herself killing a cat. The judge said a Netflix show about killing cats “played a part” in the murderer’s plan, the story adds.
