    CaixaBank grants 31% more mortgages in Aragon

    Caixabank has closed the year 2024 with the granting of 31% more mortgages in the Aragonese community. Specifically, mortgage loans have exceeded 148 million euros.

    The entity, which leads the mortgage market with a 25.6% share at the national level, has granted 83.5% of fixed type mortgages in Aragon. A fact that the trend of recent months is maintained despite the decrease in interest rates. It is also due to the fact that CaixaBank maintains its commercial priority in fixed mortgages due to greater simplicity, transparency and protection against types of types. In this way, 40% of the entity’s mortgage portfolio is at a fixed type.

    For 2024, it has also granted 13% of green mortgages, within the entity’s environmental commitment. A segment in which, in addition, it has promoted the efficient mortgage, which includes in the loan the reforms aimed at the improvements of energy efficiency of the house, the replacement of boilers or the renewal of windows, among other actions.

    The entity, whose objective is to continue leading the mortgage market in the coming years with a fee above 25%, has also facilitated that 57,000 clients benefit from payment agreements for their loans, refinancing or solutions linked to the code of good mortgage practices , since the Euribor entered into positive land.

    CaixaBank channels its mortgage offer through its Office and Imagin network, its financial services platform for young people, which has its own product range. In fixed mortgages it has the homemade product and imagin mortgage to know from the first moment how much each month will be paid during credit life. It is also signed to the line of guarantees granted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda and managed by the ICO for the acquisition of the first home, as indicated by the entity.
