Brooklyn Beckham has proven again he is a chip off the old block by treating himself to a quick dip in an ice bath, just like his dad.
Footballer David Beckham is known for enjoying an ice bath as part of his self-care routine, but it was Brooklyn giving it a go on Monday morning.
The 23-year-old posted a black and white picture of himself in black Calvin Klein boxers as he climed carefully down the steps and into the tub.
‘Nice little ice bath x’ he captioned the upload on his Instagram Stories.
The aspiring chef, who is married to American actress Nicola Peltz, 28, showed off his impressive collection of over 100 tattoos as he braved the chily waters for a solo pick-me-up.
It’s not the first time he’s tried out the activity, as he was pictured back in 2019 laughing away as he joined dad David, 47, in his ice bath at home.

Ice baths are often used in sports therapy to help people recover after intense bursts of exercise, and is said to help ease muscle fatigue and soreness.
The youngster recently attracted heat online for a video he shared of himself cooking a ‘Michelin-style’ roast beef Sunday dinner, with some detractors calling the beef ‘raw’.
However, mum and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham quickly leapt to her son’s defence, clarifying that it was ‘rare people, not raw’.

Family friend Gordon Ramsay has also spoken out in defence of Brooklyn after his career move into the kitchen was met with mockery.
In an interview with the Mail Online, the celebrity chef, 58, said: ‘Brooklyn has grown up with my kids and is the son of dear friends of ours. I haven’t seen the video of his supposedly “raw” beef.

‘But even as a 12-year-old, whilst playing football, Brooklyn was always excited about food. So I’m pleased that he’s gone down that road and he’s found something he really enjoys doing.’
Defending ‘nepo baby’ Brooklyn, the Next Level Chef star thinks we should all cut him some slack (and another slice of beef), as it’s ‘hard’ to be the child of a celebrity.

‘He didn’t ask for that level of intrusion from having famous parents,’ he said.
‘It probably came off a certain way, but it’s not his fault. So I have no issues against it. I’m excited. We have another chef joining the mix.’
